Medreseti Platform provides online lessons in the Turkish school curriculum for Arabic-speaking families. This policy explains what we collect when families contact us on WhatsApp and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name.
- The messages, voice notes, images and documents you send us, and our replies.
- Details you choose to share: the student's name, grade and the programme you are interested in.
- Payment receipts you send us, to record your subscription and payments.
- If you reached us from one of our ads: which ad it was.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, register students and manage subscriptions and payments.
- To improve our service and the quality of our replies, including automatic transcription and analysis of conversations by our service providers (for example OpenAI and Anthropic), who process the data on our behalf only.
- To measure how well our ads work. We may share limited signals (for example that a conversation led to a registration) with Meta, without the content of your messages.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on our own secured servers and kept while you are a family of Medreseti or in contact with us, then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us on the same WhatsApp number or at ceo@medreseti.com.

شو منجمع
- رقم الواتساب والاسم الظاهر بحسابكم.
- الرسائل والفويسات والصور والملفات اللي بتبعتوها، وردودنا عليها.
- المعلومات اللي بتختاروا تعطونا ياها: اسم الطالب وصفّه والبرنامج اللي مهتمين فيه.
- إيصالات الدفع اللي بتبعتوها، لنسجّل الاشتراك والدفعات.
- إذا وصلتونا من إعلان: أي إعلان كان.
كيف منستعملها
- لنجاوب على أسئلتكم، ونسجّل الطلاب، وندير الاشتراكات والدفعات.
- لنحسّن خدمتنا وجودة ردودنا، ومنها تحويل الفويسات لنص وتحليل المحادثات عن طريق مزوّدي خدمة (متل OpenAI و Anthropic) بيعالجوا البيانات لصالحنا بس.
- لنقيس نجاح إعلاناتنا: ممكن نبعت لـ Meta إشارات محدودة (متل إنو المحادثة انتهت بتسجيل) بدون محتوى رسائلكم.
شو ما منعمل
ما منبيع بياناتكم، وما منشاركها مع حدا لتسويقه الخاص.
التخزين والمدة
البيانات محفوظة على سيرفراتنا المحمية، وبتضل طول ما إنتو عائلة بمدرستي أو عم تتواصلوا معنا، وبعدها بتنمسح أو بتصير بلا هوية لما ما عاد نحتاجها.

فيكم بأي وقت تطلبوا تشوفوا بياناتكم أو تصححوها أو تمسحوها، أو توقفوا تواصلنا معكم، برسالة عنفس رقم الواتساب أو على ceo@medreseti.com.
